Short-term processing — Birth data, questions, notes, intermediate outputs, and final report files are not retained as a long-term profile. They are deleted within 7 days of entry or creation.

Purposes of Processing
- Generate AI-based Four Pillars analysis and provide reports
- Provide download links, re-send reports, and resolve errors during the seven-day availability period
- Process payment approval, cancellation, refunds, and legal obligations
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries
- Protect service security, handle incidents, and improve quality
- Use advertising or analytics cookies only where consent or applicable settings permit

No long-term storage of analysis input — Information entered for analysis and generated reports is deleted within seven days and is not converted into a member profile or long-term analysis history.

Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not disclose personal information to third parties as a general rule.
Exceptions apply when you have given prior consent or when disclosure is required by a lawful request under applicable law.

The company uses the following external services for payment, system operation, and report delivery. Only the minimum information necessary is processed.

The service is intended for users aged 14 or older. If we learn that information from a child under 14 has been collected, we will delete it without undue delay.
