Purpose
These Terms govern personalized AI Four Pillars analysis and digital PDF reports operated by NeuronLab.
Products and prices
The Mini Report is KRW 5,000 and the Full PDF Report is KRW 15,000. The free preview is KRW 0. The final amount is shown before payment.
Deliverable, timing and method
Paid products are personalized AI Four Pillars PDF reports. They are normally delivered within 3 hours and no later than 24 hours after payment confirmation by email or secure link. The link is valid for 7 days.
Order confirmation
Before payment, the user must review the product, price, email, birth details, and selected service. Electronic order and payment confirmation is provided.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
A full cancellation and refund may be requested before personalized production begins. Once production or digital-content delivery begins, withdrawal may be restricted only where applicable statutory conditions and prior confirmation and consent are satisfied. A blanket no-refund notice does not override statutory rights.
Non-delivery and defects
If the report is not delivered within the maximum time or has a material defect, the company will re-send, re-produce, or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect user input
Differences caused by incorrect birth details, email, or selections are generally not a service defect. Corrections should be requested before production begins.
Service limitations
Reports are decision-support references and do not guarantee admission, employment, marriage, health outcomes, or investment returns.
