These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the AI Four Pillars analysis and PDF report services provided by AlgoFate (the “Service”), as well as the rights and obligations between the Company and users.

1. Users may enter information such as their date and time of birth to receive AI-based Four Pillars analysis results.
2. Paid services provide detailed PDF reports. The results are for reference only and do not replace professional medical, legal, investment, or other specialist advice.

1. As a general rule, paid PDF reports are delivered within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
2. Delivery may be delayed when information entered by the user is missing or incorrect, or when additional confirmation is required. The Company will notify the user when this occurs.

1. A cancellation may be requested before the PDF report is sent, in which case the payment will be refunded in full.
2. After the report has been sent, cancellations and refunds are not available due to the nature of digital content.
3. When normal delivery is impossible due to reasons attributable to the Company, such as a missing file or a serious error, the Company will resend the report or provide another appropriate remedy.

1. Users must verify the accuracy of the information they enter, including birth date and birth time. The Company is not responsible for errors in results caused by incorrect input.
2. When entering another person’s information, the user must obtain that person’s prior consent.

1. The Service does not provide medical, legal, or investment advice. Users should make important decisions independently and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for the outcome of decisions made by users with reference to the Service.

Copyright in the reports and all related content belongs to AlgoFate. Users may use the content only for personal viewing. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having authority over the Company’s place of business.
